The permission to access the "Download Requests" button in the Quote Requests module is the Interfaces Checkbox on the User Tab within the User Profile. If your user is in a group, the permission will be managed at the group level:
1. < or > - this is a cursor up and down or going to the Top of the List or the End of the List.
2. + - gives the option to delete a highlighted Request/Booking from the list, a pop up message will show: “Delete Record” with the choice to select “OK” or “Cancel”.
3. ^ - will give you the option to amend the Quote to the right shown before you select 17. You can amend the Position Check Box, or even change the position ICAO before importing the Request. Once the amendment was done, select the green arrow to save and then import.
4. Half circle with arrow button - this will refresh the List.
5. Download Requests button - will open a new window, the Interface Manager from where you can manually download the Quote Requests.
6. Import radio buttons - you can choose if you like to Import the Requester or User into your Passenger List under the Requester section. Like this you can store them for future Requests. The Users is mainly the Planner, while the Company will be mainly the Broker Company.
7. Positioning Legs checkbox - you have the option to import the Positioning Legs along with the Revenue Legs, if required for Quoting Purposes.
8. This shows the Reference Number of the Booking/Quote Request from the Vendor, if you like to follow up on their end later on.
9. It is connected to the next point, Nr. 10. This will highlight if the selected is a Quote Request (not answered yet), if it is a Booking Request (not answered yet) or if it is already Quoted (answered/handled) or if it is already Booked (confirmed).
10. You can choose what you like to see in the List, it works as a filter function. Include Quoted/ Include Booked/ Include Past/ Include Submitted & Declined will only show if it was not deleted from the List.
11. It will show the Resource of the Booking/Quote Request. If Avinode is selected it will show Avinode Requests, if Web is selected it will show all activated Charter Vendors (PrivateFly), if Stellar is selected, it will show Stellar Booking Request (Version 3.11.3.2).
12. You can select what you want to see in the List between “Show Quote Requests”, “Show Booking Requests” and “Exclude Public”, or select multiple.
13. Search ID, with the Reference Number from the Vendor/Avinode or Stellar you can search in Detail.
14. You can close the Quote Request List
15. Message Window can be used for debugging or trouble shooting.
16. Will get you to the Interface Manager Tab of Quotes!
17. You can double click on your selection to open a Booking/Quote Request or select Import. From here you can again amend your Quote and with the “View Details” Button you can “Submit” or “Decline” your offer. Once you Decline or Submit, the Item will disappear from the Booking/Quote Requests List and you will receive a mail copy of the offer send to the client, as well as the webpage of the Vendor/Stellar or Avinode gets updated.
18. You can scroll between several legs, if there is more than one in the Booking/Quote Request. With the “-“ you can delete a leg from the Booking/Quote Request, in case you do not want to import. With the green arrow you save those changes, before importing.
19. You can mark a leg as Cargo or Positioning, save the change with the green arrow and then Import.
1. Download Requests - this will manually download the latest Booking/Quote Requests
2. Go - will also manually download the latest Booking/Quote Requests
3. Update Now - will have the Interface Manager running a full course, once, including the Booking/Quote Requests
