Account Sync Error - FOS Mobile

Account Sync Error checkbox in the FOS Users Module
A new checkbox has been added to the main screen of the FOS Users module for the viewing of Mobile account issues. This field has been added for FOS Version 3.11.4 and higher and corresponds to the Unified Sign-On Capabilities of the ARINCDirect FOS Mobile application.


  1. When selected, this box will display user profiles that have “Sync Errors.” A sync error is an issue with the creation of the new unified Flight Manager mobile account.
  2. To view accounts that have error messages associated with them, select the Account Sync Error checkbox and select the user account you would like to view.
  3. A Sync Error column will automatically displayed to the right of the user list. The sync error details will provide information on how to resolve the issue.
