Adding a MX Event to the Calendar
For a Maintenance Event, you want to create a "Trip with No Itinerary". Start a new trip on the calendar and follow these guidelines to fill it in:
1) Who? Choose your company since you are taking the aircraft out for MX
2) What? This is a Maintenance Trip with No Itinerary
3) When? These are the dates and times that the MX event will start and stop.
4) Where? The is the location the MX is being done.
5) Why? What is being done, or a brief description of the MX.
The result will look like the second screen shot below. (The red colored text is set under the color key, from the options menu on the calendar.)
