Comments: 

     PD = report period (report begin date to report end date);

     YTD = begin fiscal year date to report end date;

     LOAD FCTR = pax / legs;

     PERS ENT SEAT HRS = personal use for a recreational or entertainment purpose for any passenger designated as a 'specified individual;'

     DIRECT COSTS = aircraft type data, performance tab, time distance calculator costs flight hour field * AC Hours for period;

     FIXED EXPENSES = aircraft data, (desc tab, fixed field * number of days in period) + (doc & exp tab, cost field where category = expenses and in period and not inactive);

     VARIABLE EXPENSES = aircraft data, logbook fuel cost home + fuel cost away + other expenses in period;

     TOTAL EXPENSES = FIXED EXPENSES + VARIABLE EXPENSES;

     COST / FLT HR & COST / STAT MILE use total expenses as cost;
