Aircraft Status Module

Aircraft Status Module

The Aircraft Status is a quick way to define if an Aircraft and/or the fleet, at a glance, is In Service, Operationally Restricted, or Out of Service (for example). These various Status “Codes” or Titles are customizable to your company or defined by certain 3 party Maintenance Vendors. This Status Page will also give you current times on the aircraft as well as the remaining hours until the next maintenance items are due.

The Labels are defined by your Company and/or a 3 Party Maintenance Vendor. The colors and the order to view them on this list are set up by using the Code Data for Aircraft Status located from within an Aircraft Data Profile. By using the + you can add the additional Status Codes.

The “Group” defines the Color and it matched up with your Color Code from the Aircraft Schedule, and the “AC Status Order” sets the ranking order which you see the list of the codes.

By Scrolling to the Right, you can view additional Information on each aircraft.

You can also use the filters at the bottom of the page to view specific information such as CASS Items or General Maintenance on each Aircraft. *You can print reports from this page, or just print the screen using the Reports and Print options at the bottom. The majority of the Aircraft Status and Maintenance Reports are going to be found in the Aircraft Reporting Group.

You can coordinate your Status Colors with the Color of the Aircraft on the Aircraft Schedule, or the Timeline views by selecting this option in your Scheduling Defaults. Your User Specific Scheduling Defaults are found from the Aircraft, Crew Schedules, Timeline view of the Calendar view.
