N/A – shows the trip as available in Avinode
TENT – will allow the time to be sent as available
Closed – hides the trip from Avinode but shows it available at last airport
In regards to the approval codes N/A and TENT will allow the time to be sent as available. Marking the trip or leg as "Closed" will show the ground time as not being available if it is more than the specified ground time in the aircraft profile.
All other codes (i.e. SCHD and APPR) allow the trips to be seen by Avinode and reflected on their schedule accordingly.
