Error: Btrieve Status 2 - The Application encountered an I/O error Key = [chklist.btr] DBIERR_READER
Solution:
If only a few users are seeing this error message and the users are on Pervasive version 12, the Collins Engineering Team can try rebuilding the btr file. The file may also be rebuilt within the convert utility if a button for the referenced btr file exists, otherwise a new FOS user record will need to be created for the affected user.
