Btrieve Status 5 - The record has a key field containing a duplicate key value. Key = [person.btr] DBIERR_NOUNIQUERECES 

Solution: 

The record that is being created has a duplicate value. FOS will not allow duplicates of the aircraft, tail number, personnel, user, or airport ID in FOS. If you do not see a duplicate record there may be a filter that is applied that is hiding the record from the list. Please go to the top of the page and ensure all filters have been cleared, search for the record again before creating to ensure you are using a unique setup.
