This may be seen when opening Operations
When this error occurs when opening the Operations Page/Schedule Board the user will need to log out of FOS and when they log into FOS next select the Reset User Defaults check box on the login page.
If this does not resolve the issue for the user they will need to go into the User Module and set their defaults to a user whom is not having issues opening the operations page.
