Parameter Questions:

     Do you want to include Standby and Reserved trips with on itinerary?  Each trip will be counted as 1 leg if you include them

     Do you want to see the leg details?

Comments:

     Includes cancelled trips / legs;

     Leg detail dates / times local;

     DH LEGS = pax count 0 or deadhead box is marked;
