Citrix Issue - FOS Windows Flashing

Issue: After launching FOS in the Citrix environment the FOS windows flash constantly making it difficult to click.

Solution: Adjust the machine's scaling setting to 100% on all monitors in the setup, regardless of which monitor you use FOS on.
