          Do you want to see a list of crewmembers? Yes / No

          Type the name of the person who ran the report

          (this is so if no crew match against list the person who ran the report will be listed as such)

Comments:

          Includes personnel with no inactive date;

          FOS excludes personnel with the 'No Fly List Cleared' box marked;

          LIST column -- N = No Fly List and S = Selectee List;

          To run the report –

          From the Personnel list select Report from the menu;

          Select No Fly List Search from the drop down;

          Search;

          At the Crewmembers Report screen choose this report and click the Print button;
