Crew Training Report [version 1 - Due in Date Range]

Report Group:             Crewmember

Comments:

          Includes crew with no inactive date;

          Includes crew training items with next due date in date range;

          Report is divided into 5 sections -- Sections 1 to 4 are different data sorts on same data;

                   Section 1 - Sort by Crew Name;

                   Section 2 - Sort by Aircraft Type in crew training item;

                   Section 3 - Sort by Training Item Next Due Date;

                   Section 4 - Sort by Training Item Description;

                   Section 5 - Lists all crew training items that have never been completed (no date in last done);

 

          COLOR CODE for NEXT DUE DATE [based on current date] --

                   Gray w/red font = past due;

                   Gray w/ blue font = past due but w/in grace period;

                   Yellow w/ teal font = not past due and in grace period or 30 days from due date;

                   Yellow w/ black font = 60 days from due date;
