Excludes Pilot Not Flying (code value = 7) activities;
MUST be run from Flight Log report group;

Days Utilized = days where there is an activity with the 'Duty Time' checkbox marked;
Uncheck the 'Show Duty Period on Each Day' check box in report filter;
Block time comes from the activity;
