Deleting Temp Files

1. Make sure the user is logged out of FOS.
2. Find out where the temp files are by looking at the Help>About FOS splash page (see below):


3. Essentially, you find the computer/user (in this case lwarren1528200/warl). WARL is the FOS user.

4. Inside that folder are TMP and FOS files. At a minimum you can clear the TMP files only. If the user doesn't mind, and the issue persists related to this, then you can remove all the files in this folder. Note that the FOS files pertain to the window settings in FOS. So that user might have to reset some of the fonts/window settings.
