Drop-down selections for report parameter questions are blank

For  hosted customers:
The parameter list comes from an html file that generates in the user's temp folder. When you open the file in IE, it was noted that you can see it is using the internet zone instead of the intranet zone. This may have resulted in the update to IE11.

The hosting team has created a group policy to let http://localhost (which is what the mark of the web in the html uses) open in the intranet zone. This group policy has been enabled for the rest of the environment.
If a hosted customer is experiencing this issue, check with hosting that the policy is being properly applied to their server.

If the policy was applied and issue still occurs:
-If the server had run out of Disk Space, the Hosting Team will need to delete the user's Windows Profile. The user must be logged out for this to occur.
