DUO Enrollment for Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)

Enrolling in DUO's MFA is a self-service process with on-screen guided instructions. Please follow the instructions to properly enroll in DUO MFA. 

To expedite the enrollment process, you can download the DUO app to your smart phone.

The following steps represent the typical user setup.

1. Sign into the hosting website

2. Click "Start setup"

3. Select the type of device you want to set up (Mobile, Tablet, or Landline) and click "Continue"

4. Enter your mobile number (if setting up a Mobile phone), check the box to confirm the number is correct, and click "Continue"

5. Click on "Call me" to verify ownership of the mobile phone number, enter the 6-digit code, and click "Verify"

6. Click "Continue"

7. Select a default action for Duo to perform upon login and click "Continue"

8. You will then see the Duo authentication page (if you selected "Ask me to choose..." in the previous screen). In this example, I selected "Send Me a Push."

9. Accept the push notification via the Duo App (if the option was set up), and you will then be brought to the landing page where you can launch FOS.
