Error: Cannot connect to server. Try connecting again in a few minutes.
Solution:
- Confirm you have authenticated via DUO
- if you did receive the DUO request, then you may not have actioned it in time; try again
- if you did not receive the DUO request, try one or more of the below steps and then try again:
- closing the DUO app and re-opening it on the device
- changing your device from wifi to cell data
- turn your device off and back on again
- contact FOS Support so that your DUO setup can be re-activated
