Error: Cannot create file "C:\FOS\DATA\Picture\WxImagexxxxxx.gif" when Running the Interface Manger

Error:

Cannot create file "C:\FOS\DATA\Picture\WxImagexxxxxx.gif" The process cannot access the file because it is being used by another process.

This error occurs when updating the Flight Manager portion of the interface manager.

Solution:

The file specified in the error message must be deleted from the server. If the file produces the below warning when trying to delete it, it will be necessary to restart the interface manager on the server to free up the file.

This error occurs intermittently when weather images are set to be available in FOS mobile. To keep this from happening in the future all of the following document types need to be unmarked for mobile.
