Issue: Crew No Fly Check in Personnel Module Takes Several Hours

Issue:
The crew no fly list takes several hours to complete and displays the same number of matches for the records being checked.


Solution:
1. Open the personnel module, select the Options drop down, and Base Required Fields
2. Delete the base required fields record
