Error: FOS did not detect the crossing of the US border so there was nothing to do when submitting e-APIS

Error:
FOS did not detect the crossing of the US border so there was nothing to do. This is determined from the ICAO Codes list accessed from the FOS Main menu. US ICAO codes in that list need to have a check mark in the column labeled USA.

This error will occur if users attempt to submit e-APIS for city pairs where both airports are defined as US ICAO codes or neither airport is defined as a US ICAO code.


Solution:
In cases where it is necessary to submit e-APIS to or from US territories, users must modify the USA designation in the ICAO codes module located on the FOS Main Menu.

Once the ICAO code module is open navigate to the specific ICAO code that should be modified and check or uncheck the USA option as necessary for submitting e-APIS. Once the appropriate selection is made users will be able to submit e-APIS for the desired leg segment.
