Fos.exe - Entry Point Not Found

The procedure entry point _NULL_IATA could not be located in the dynamic link library

AND/OR

Fos.exe - Entry Point Not Found

The procedure entry point @InterfaceHelper@LoadTripDetails5qo could not be located in the dynamic link library

Solution:

FOS will open on the server, but some machines open with the errors.

1. Create a new shortcut for the FOS.exe from the FOS Server onto the workstation. Validate the Data Path and Temp path are correct. If this does not work, proceed to next step.

2. Right-click and run as admin. If this does not work, proceed to next step.

3. Drop in the appropriate FOSUTIL.DLL that corresponds with the FOS Version. If this does not work, proceed to next step.

4. Run the update installer on the individual workstation. (Point to the FOS Data folder on the server, but running the installer locally). This is likely something in the setup, so going forward, the machines that had issues will likely need to be updated individually.
