Can't process FOS schedule data. Error Message: Index was outside the bounds of the array.

Solution:

This error was caused due to a bug in the EASA Subpart Q rules. A duty activity was sent prior to the leg, which caused the error. This has been fixed and released to the EASA webservices in Flight Manager and should not occur again.
