Solution:
If a customer receives this message when attempting to change trip formation the solution is to delete the temp files from the user's Temp Folder. When deleting a customer's temp files, leave the .fos and .ini files in the folder. This is what controls the customer's custom tabs and button ordering on the FOS Main Menu (EX: FosButtonOrder.fos)
