Error: Unable to authenticate user (Wyvern Interface)

Unable to authenticate user.
This will be seen in the logs on the Wyvern tab of the Interface module.

Solution:
The error message may be present in the Wyvern tranmission screen (on the Wyvern Tab of the Interface Manager) or may be present in the Debug messages.
1. Confirm the checkbox next to the Wyvern credentials in Company Data is checked. The Wyvern credentials are located on the Interfaces-->Charter tab.
2. Call Wyvern Support to ensure the Username and Password have not changed. After confirmation of the credentials, re-type them into the fields referenced above.
