Unable to connect to the Server. Contact your system administrator with the follow error: SSL Error 4. The Operation Completed Successfully.
Solution:
1. Are you connecting to a VPN prior to accessing FOS? If yes and you are using an application called ZScaler or another VPN program, turn the VPN off then attempt to access FOS again.
2. If you are able to connect to FOS when you are not connected through the VPN this means that FOS is being blocked by your company. You will need to reach out to you IT to have them allow the FOS connection.
