This error occurs when accessing a Windows Explorer browser and it opens to Documents rather than the U:
Solution:
1. Verify the user has access to the U drive or documents folder where FOS documents are stored.
2. Save a document on the U drive or FOS Documents folder to change the default save location.
3. If customer does NOT have access to .JPEG or .png Images, they will need to Right Click on the Image and open with Windows Photo Viewer.
