You have not chosen to trust "DigiCert Global Root CA", the issuer of the server's security certificate. Contact your help desk for assistance.
This may be received when the user launches FOS.
Solution:
The user will need to download the DigiCert Global Root CA Certificate. This can be found in the following URL - https://www.digicert.com/digicert-root-certificates.htm
Once downloaded the certificate needs to be added to the Keychain. The steps below are general steps, which can be followed to add the certificate to the keychain:
1. Double click the certificate and add them to key access
2. Open the certificate and set to "Always Trust"
If the error still persists after adding the certificate uninstall the Workspace application and re install the application directly from Citrix.com
