Exporting Reports to an SFTP Site

Both manually ran and automated reports are able to be exported to an SFTP Site. The steps below will detail how this can be setup within FOS. The customer would need to setup the SFTP server and corresponding connections. The SFTP server should be SFTP (Secure FTP) which use port 22. 


1. In Company Data on the Applications Tab of the Interface Tab populate the Custom SFTP Export field. **In the event the customer is hosted with Collins Aerospace, the Port field should not be populated. 



2. Setup the report and check the Export SFTP Check Box in report Setup and populate the file name and check the file name check box.  (If this is for an automated report, Tech Support will complete this if you are a hosted customer; please advise if you are using SFTP 1 or 2).
