First-Time Access Instructions

First-Time Access Instructions


Prerequisite:

  • DUO is used for Two-Factor Authentication (2FA). Please ensure you have the DUO Mobile application downloaded on your smart phone first.

    • If your organization does not allow this setup, please contact FOS Technical Support with the phone number of a landline nearby your worksite. 

  • Portside Hosting utilizes Citrix for access to FOS. Please ensure every computer used to access FOS has Citrix Workspace installed. Please install the latest version for your operating system (either Windows or Mac) from the vendor directly.


Step 1: Access the New Login Page

  • Open a web browser and go to https://go.portside.aero/.

  • Enter your email address.

  • Enter the one-time password provided in the email.

  • Click “Sign In”



Step 2: Change Your Password

  1. After signing in, you will be prompted to change your password.

  2. Enter your one-time password as the current password.

  3. Choose a new password and confirm it.

  4. Click “Submit”.

🚨 Tip: Be sure to save your new password for future access.




Step 3: Complete DUO Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)

  1. Once your password is updated, you will be prompted to complete DUO authentication.

  2. Follow the onscreen and in app instructions.

  3. After successful DUO authentication, you will be redirected to the FOS application catalog.


Step 4: Launch FOS

  1. In your application catalog, locate FOS.

  2. Click to launch FOS.

  3. If migrating to Portside Hosting: Use the same FOS credentials you previously used. If you are a new customer the credentials will be provided to you.
