FOS is launching in a web browser
If you are experiencing FOS launching within your Web Browser or FOS is not launching at all, go to Account Settings in the top right hand corner of the Citrix webpage:
Next select Change Citrix Workspace App. This will ensure that when FOS Launches it will use the Workspace Application installed on the computer and not the Web Browser:
There may be a pop-up at the top to confirm changes or a need to Detect Citrix Workspace App. Do not choose "Use Light Version".
If you're certain Workspace is already installed, you may need to help the process along and choose "Already Installed". Often times the screen will detect the app is installed on the machine and this screen will not display long enough for you to have a chance to make a selection.
