FOS Migration: First-Time Login Instructions
Overview
Following the migration of FOS to Portside’s AWS environment, users will need to log in for the first time using a new login page and credentials. This guide outlines the steps to access FOS post-migration.
Step 1: Look for Your Migration Completion Email
After the migration is complete, you will receive an email from fossupport@portside.co confirming that your FOS instance is now live in Portside’s AWS environment.
This email will include:
✅ Your new login URL: https://go.portside.aero/
✅ Your username, which is the same as your email address
✅ Your one-time password
Note: If you do not receive this email, check your spam folder or contact fossupport@portside.co.
Step 2: Access the New Login Page
- Open a web browser and go to https://go.portside.aero/.
- Enter your email address (instead of your previous Collins username).
- Before (Collins):
FOS\jsmith
- Now (Portside):

- Enter the one-time password provided in the email.
- Click “Sign In”
Step 3: Change Your Password
- After signing in, you will be prompted to change your password.
- Enter your one-time password as the current password.
- Choose a new password and confirm it.

- After successful DUO authentication, you will be redirected to the FOS application catalog.

Step 5: Launch FOS
- In your application catalog, locate FOS.
