Citrix launching incorrect default program
If the user is having issues with Citrix attempting to open the .ica file in PDF, Adobe, or any other program, they need to adjust the following:
Computer Settings > Apps > Default Apps > Choose Default Apps by File Type:
The list should populate alphabetically, scroll to .ica > ensure Citrix Connection Manager is selected. If there is no selection, or a program other than Citrix Connection Manager, click the field and choose Citrix Connection Manager. If that does not come up as an option, ensure Citrix Workspace is installed on the machine (you may need to uninstall the Workspace app and re-install).
