FOS®
Release Notes – Version 3.15
Release Date: June 2025
Enhancements
1. Baldwin
SMS Integration: We have added an integration with Baldwin SMS.
This allows customers to transmit trip data seamlessly to Baldwin when saving
and exiting a trip, or whenever the set time interval is reached via the
interface manager. An active account with Baldwin SMS is required for this
integration.
2. Regulations
Reporting: Customers can now run crew legality reports for a date range based on regulation
and position. Reports are emailed to the user in PDF format. Currently, the
format is fixed and cannot be altered. Permissions to run these reports require
the users have the “Print Restricted Reports” permission* selected within their
user profile.
To run regulations reports, users can select “Reports – Regulations” from the
Report dropdown menu on the operations screens, or by right clicking on the
operations screen and selecting it from there.
When the report screen opens, users must select, 1) the crew from the list on
the right, 2) a grouping option from the drop down (by crew or by regulation), 3)
the positions for which they want to run legality, 4) the regulations**, 5) the
aircraft category, 6) start and end dates, and 7) enter a delivery email
address.
*Permissions to run regulations reports set by “Print Restricted
Reports” permission in the Reports box of the user profile.
**Note that the regulations list is a
multi-select list. At this time, however, the report engine will fail if
selecting more than one regulation. This will be fixed in an upcoming release.
3. Portside
Contacts & Branding: Screens with FOS Support contact information
have been updated to reflect the new Portside information. The Online Help Site
link has been updated to the Portside knowledgebase. And branding has also been
updated to reflect Portside ownership.
4. Manifesting
Pets: When the “Pet” check box is selected on the Trip Passenger screen, the
seats field will default to 0. This can be manually adjusted if the pet is
occupying a seat.

Item Documents: Users can now disable documents attached to training items from
displaying in FOS Mobile.
