FOS Resolution - High DPI Settings

FOS Resolution - High DPI Settings

Check the following if your FOS resolution is off or have font clarity or sizing issues. Changes will require a new connection to Citrix so it is best to ensure you are logged out of FOS and Citrix before proceeding.

1. On the main monitor, click the up carrot (^) in the computer taskbar. Right click on the Citrix icon. Choose Advanced Preferences.

2. Choose High DPI. Select "Let the operating system scale the resolution". Log back into the Citrix site/FOS.

3. The above can be done in conjunction with ensuring the Display Settings on the computer itself are set to no more than 100% for the scale. This scale setting should be 100% for all monitors used on this setup regardless of what monitor you choose to use FOS on.
