How to Rename the FOS Database in the Vendor Alliance config file

1. Start Windows component services
  1. Click on the Windows start menu button and search for "component services"

2. Stop vendor alliance window services
  1. Click on "Services(Local)
  2. Click on FosVendorSyncService
  3. Click on the stop (sqare) button at the top

3. Update the configuration file
  1. Open C:\Fos\FosVendorSyncService\FosVendorSyncService.exe.config
  2. Change ServerDSN=FOS DB and replace "FOS DB" with your database name by default named â€œFOSDATA".


4. Start the vendor alliance window services
