Incorrect Flight Manager email address
If a mobile user needs their email address changed for utilization of the FOS Mobile app, proceed with these steps.
1. Change the "unique email" for the user in question to the corrected email address.
2. Clear out any text in the Flight Manager section of the Users Profile. Then OK to save.
3. Go into the Mobile & Web Management module and ensure the correct email is now linked with the FOS ID.
** at this point, the user will receive an email to the corrected address asking them to establish their mobile password.
4. While in Mobile & Web Management, locate the old email address (the account should be unlinked on the left) and deactivate it.
