If FOS will not launch automatically and is prompting the user to save or open the launch .ica file please take the steps listed below. 

1. Click the Downloads icon in the top right corner of the browser. 

2. Find the ica file in your Recent Downloads. 

3. Right click the ica file and select Always open files of this type. 

4. Click on the FOS icon and launch again.
