Introduction to the Interface Manager
There are many integration options that, when activated, allow FOS to communicate with various third party vendors to send and receive data. The settings on how often the Interface Manager should run, and which interfaces should be active, are dictated by what has been set in Company Data. For more information on Company Data please refer to the Company Data Help Guide.
The Interface Manager should be running on either a standalone machine or the FOS server, with its own FOS user profile at all times. Individual users who choose to run the Interface Manger in the background with their user session will experience slowdowns and decreased work productivity.
