Mobile & Web Management - Account Management

The Mobile & Web Management Module can be accessed from the Admin Tab of FOS.

The Account Management will list all of the Flight Manager accounts associated with the company. If the Flight Manager login is linked with a FOS ID, it will display this information as well.

If the Flight Manager account is created from FOS (directions found here), the FOS ID will be in the left column. If the FOS ID field is blank, you will want to link the two by selecting the gray box and choosing the corresponding FOS ID from the drop-down.

Within this tab, users also have the ability to deactivate Flight Manager accounts that are no longer with the Company, or no longer require Flight Manager access.
  1. To do this, click the green checkmark symbol under the Account Status column. A pop-up message will appear asking you to confirm the deactivation of the account. Select “OK” to continue

After deactivating the account, the account will be removed from the “Active” list. To re-activate, or view a list of the deactivated accounts, select the “Show Deactivated” filter.

To reactivate a user account, select the red x symbol. A pop-up message will appear asking you to confirm the activation of the account. Select “OK” to continue.
