Passenger Search

- Initials - Search Passenger records by initials. The initials are more like a passenger ID, than the standard 3 letter initials. In most cases, the initials will be first initial + first 3 letters of last name. If you are not familiar with the passenger's initials, click on the "?" button to the right of the field to look in the passenger directory.
- Emp No. - Search Personnel records. This can be numbers or letters and is set in the Personnel records.
- Name - Search Passenger records by name. If you type in a full name, it has to be in the same order as it is listed in the Passenger records, therefore it's easier to just search a last name or a first name, but not both.
- Status - This is used to identify the type of passenger will be on the flight. Selections may include: Cx (Customer), CARG (Cargo), and CREW. You can customize this list within the Trip Search. Passenger / Cargo Data window. Double-click a passenger from the list of passengers in the Flight Log to bring the Trip Passenger / Cargo Data window up.
- Lead Pax checkbox - Designates a passenger as the Lead
- Priority - Designates the passengers' order of priority
- Seats - Number of seats the passenger is reserving
- Itinerary - Select the legs the passenger will be apart of, or leave blank and checkmark the "All legs" checkbox.
- Add Pax - Adds the passenger with the criteria chosen above.

Note: Passengers are not added to the scheduled trip, if added from the Flight Log.
