A mobile user may receive one of the below errors:
Issue while syncing FOS calendar. We cannot seem to understand the data from your FOS server. Check your FOS host url and make sure its correct, also make sure your device can reach an internet web page e.g. when using a hotel or airport wifi.

Invalid/Empty FOS configuration, please contact your FOS administrator
Resolving this will require the FOS and FM account be re-linked from within the FOS Mobile & Web Management module.
To re-link FOS and FM accounts for mobile connection, log into FOS, go to Mobile & Web Management, locate the users email address in the username column and ensure their FOS ID is selected in the box to the left. Once that is done, the user should sign out of the Mobile app and sign back in.
Additionally, users can navigate to the Settings section in FOS Mobile >FOS Mobile Settings section > User Account field > re-type their FOS password (remember, this is not mobile or Citrix, this is the FOS specific password)
