Required Fields for ARGUS and Wyvern Interface
The fields that need to be populated for the ARGUS and Wyvern Interfaces to successfully transmit are listed below. In addition to the fields in the Personnel record there is some setup required in the Company Data in FOS.
ARGUS and Wyvern will be able to provide you with the credentials that need to be populated in FOS for this interface. The credentials will need to be entered on the Charter sub tab of the Interface Tab located within the Company Data record. NOTE: As of 3.11.7 a secondary set of username/password fields were added to the Wyvern Interface credentials section so that users can send their pilot data to two different Wyvern accounts.
FOS will send the information to ARGUS or Wyvern through the interface manager. The frequency is set on the Settings sub tab of the Interface Tab in Company Data.
*Note ARGUS will reject the FOS feed if the Interval is set for less than 7 days.

The following screen shots will highlight in red which files are required to be populated for the interface to work.

On the AC Qual Tab the Special Qualification of ARGUS (ARG) or Wyvern (WYVN) will need to be added for each qualification that the user would like sent to the vendor. In addition ensure that the training dates display the T next to the date. This is a key that the appropriate training field is linked in the training item.
When adding the Qualifications in FOS confirm that the FAA ID that is in the Aircraft Type in FOS matches the FAA ID in the vendor's system.
If there are any manual entries that have been made to account for pilot hours prior to using FOS ensure the exclude from legality field has been checked to ensure these times will not affect the limits that have been set in the regulation.
Once all of the required fields have been populated the next time the interface manager runs the data will be sent to the vendor. Selecting the ARGUS or Wyvern Tab on the Interface Manager will allow the user to verify the successful transmission of the information.
