Reset Citrix Workspace App
To reset your Citrix Workspace App on a Windows based machine:
1. Navigate to the hidden icons ^ at the bottom right of your main monitor.
2. Right click on the Citrix icon.
3. Choose Advanced Preferences.
4. Choose Reset Citrix Workspace.
5. Choose Yes, reset Citrix Workspace.
To reset your Citrix Workspace App on a Mac:
1. Open the Citrix Wokspace app.
2. On the menu bar, choose Help>Reset App Data.
3. Choose Continue.
4. Choose Quit.
