For Portside hosted customers, you can save FOS reports to your local computer via the below steps:

1. Ensure you are using FOS via Citrix as a stand-alone app, not launching within the web browser. If you are within the web browser, you can switch to the app via these steps.

2. Run your FOS report and have it printed to window.

3. With your report on the window, choose the export button which opens a file explorer window.

      a. Map to the Local Disc with your computer name in parenthesis. If you don't have this option, you may need to give Read & Write permissions via these steps.

      b. Open the Users folder

      c. Open the folder with your computer name/Windows name

      d. Select Desktop or whichever location you would like the document saved to, until you get to the correct file path

      e. Name your document and select Save
