Resolution:
There is likely a certificate cached in the browser that has changed since the last use. Please uninstall Citrix Workspace from your machine and re-install based on the operating system.
- go to the Internet Settings on your browser and clear your cache, choosing the duration of "all time".
- clear the download history in the web browser
- on a PC, manually locate and download a new certificate via these steps
- on a MAC, add a new certificate via the keychain
