Status Tab

Status Tab

The Status Tab allows users to review the number of successful transmissions that have occurred for each activated interface within FOS since the interface manager was last started.

Footer Options:

Update Now- This option will update all interfaces currently activated within FOS once.
Start - This option will start the interface manager on a timer for the interval set within company data.
Stop - This option will stop the interface manager timer altogether.
Message Window- The message window will most often be used by FOS Tech Support to assess and diagnose various issues throughout FOS. Users may be asked to turn on the Debug Messages within the message window to capture more information on an issue.

(Main View of the Message Window)

Minutes to next Update: Automatic timer turned off - This message means the interface manager has not been started on the timer interval.

Minutes to next Update: Updating - This means the interface manager has started the update process.

Minutes to next Update: (X number of Minutes)- The number indicates the number of minutes until the interface manager will update again.

Note: If users see a negative number it means the interface manager took longer to complete than the interval set in company data. The best solution is to increase the interval to allow the interface manager enough time to fully complete.

Started/Completed - The date and times displayed indicate the last time the interface manager started and the last time the interface manager completed a full update.
