Report Name:          travel$.rpt

Report Group:             Trip

Comments:

      Set up the travel sense report in the report set up window with no printer and no print to Window;

      ‘Use printer set in the report’ must be set;

      Set Export file to the directory that contains the travel sense executable;

      Export as ASCII;

      The file name MUST BE in this format;   t$tr*.t$I;

      It must be in the 8.3 naming convention the wildcard of course is to be replaced with any 4 valid characters (or none);

      Click the button to the left which says ‘Set User Settings for all users (current report only);’

      The customer has the option to have FOS automatically open the travel sense program by filling in the ‘Then open’ line;

      Run the travel sense report for a selected trip just like you would any other report;

      When travel sense opens it automatically imports the file and deletes it;
