Users Module - General Tab

The general tab sets the permission level to all of the menus in FOS except items found in Quotes, Scheduling, and Flight Logs. If your user is in a group, more outlined here about that, the permissions on this tab will come from what is set in the group profile.




Aside from the permission level settings, the aircraft has a “Com” checkbox. This will allow the user to modify the comments in the aircraft record without setting permissions to change any other aircraft data.


In personnel and passengers there are options to hide credit card information, Social Security numbers and all information on the comments tab. Any users that have these boxes checked will not have access to that information.
  1. No Fly Access - will allow them to view the complete No Fly List under “Options” in the Passenger/Client menu.
  2. Accounts Access - will allow the user to view the accounts tab of a passenger record.
