Solution: This message does not appear to be from FOS or Citrix, but instead on the client side possibly tied to a recent update on the machine. The customer's IT should be looped in for this error. FOS Application Support suggestion is to try the below options in the Printers & Scanners section of Computer Settings:
Cleanup and remove all the old printers that are no longer in use
Disable Windows managing default printer
Make sure the printer in use is the default printer
Click manage
Printer properties
Extended or Advanced tab (the one where the printer's availability can be set by time)
The driver was set to "Microsoft IPP Class Driver"
